Return & Exchange policy

7-day return or exchange is accepted, provided the following pointers are met:

-The tag is still intact and not removed from the product.
-The product is unused and is in the original packaging.

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 
Additionally, for prepaid orders, a small handling fee of ₹50 will be deducted from the refund amount if the item is returned.

• Refund will be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product at the origin.
• In case of a damaged product return, we will require a proper unpacking video of the package to be shared with us at shopsauve23@gmail.com for a refund & is solely at the discretion of Sauve.
• Exchange is accepted only for size issues. Additional charges are applicable at the time of exchange. An exchange request is to be raised within 7 days of receiving the item by the customer.
