Return & Exchange policy
- Returns are applicable only if the customer receives a damaged product. RTO charges to be borne by the customer returning the product.
- Refund will be initiated within 7 days post receiving the damaged product at the origin. A proper video of while opening the package is required along with the damaged part to be shared with us on shopsauve23@gmail.com for refund & is solely at the discretion of Sauve.
- Exchange is accepted only on size issues. Additional charges applicable at the time of exchange. An exchange request is to be raised within 7 days post receiving the item by the customer.
Please note: All the orders are double checked before packing and dispatching.
